OUR LEAN BODY CLASSES ARE IDEAL FOR BODY TRANSFORMATION
If you are time restricted and limited to how many days per week you can work out, not to worry. We have our LEAN BODY CLASSES which is specifically designed to burn body fat and reshape your whole body. The classes are structured in such a way that we work every muscle possible in your body to get the most benefit from it. We use a combination a resistance training and interval training which has been shown to be the most effective way to burn lots of calories and body fat.

LEAN BODY CLASS
Weight Training Class specifically designed to burn lots of body fat and help with weight loss
Monday – 9.30-10.30am & 7.00-8.00pm
Wednesday – 9.30-10.30am & 7.00-8.00pm
Thursday – 7.00-8.00pm
Friday – 9.30-10.30am
MODIFIED STRONGMAN TRAINING
A Conditioning class designed to target fitness, strength, endurance, fat loss and muscle mass all in the one session.
Thursday – 6.00-6.45pm
Saturday – 9.30-10.15am
